Lisa's Nails Spa

This is the only place that I've regularly gone to for my nails in all my life. Part of it is because the location is so convenient, right near Finch station, but the other is because it's consistently good. I always know what I am going to get here, and for a fair price too. I don't request a specific nail tech when making an appointment, but it does seem that some of them get requested more. Make sure to make an appointment - I've never seen them take a walk-in when I'm there, and I'm generally there on weekends. But even if you call the day before they usually can take you. Finally, price - I pay $50 for a bio gel fill, which I think is fair. It lasts me a month and I've never had any chipping, or even any of my nails break. Jenny is a goddess. She clearly takes pride in her work. She spent a lot of time making sure these were done beautifully and checked on me often to make sure I liked them at each step.

Would not recommend! Got shellac done here and within a couple days they started to peel off / chip… I’ve been to a number of nail salons in the GTA and this was by far the worse. They also do not communicate the pricing properly, I’ve heard a lot of customers getting surprised by the total amt once they get to the register.

Cathy is very friendly and professional, Tina is my nail tech, if you are picky like me, you will appreciate her work! Jenny does my pedicure and she is great too! Everybody in the salon is friendly. They always accommodate and really cherish their clientele :

Unfortunately have to edit my review. I've been coming here for so long, and they butchered my gel manicure. It cost me $55 after tip and tax for a chrome nail and after 1 day it started chipping. Now one week later, the entire thing is peeling off. I will not be returning.
