Best bakery in town. Great selection of baked goods. They do customized cakes and best samosas in town. Indian style patties and pastries also available here. Owner is a gem of a person. Real humble human being. Highly recommend this place. Must visit!

Bakery in your name and giving out pastries in a sweet’s box not even suitable for a pastry. At least have appropriate packing and next time someone asks you for another packing, be nice to them. Also, whoever the person on the counter is, you can speak normally without faking an accent .

I would never recommend this place to anyone!! Not only is the customer service horrible, the cake was a disaster too. The lady who is apparently the one that makes the cakes is so rude and does not listen when you address concerns with her. She kept cutting me off when I was speaking and blamed us for the issues. The cake was picked up by my sister and was transported perfectly without any problems. A few hours later, my husband went to see what the cake looked like and it was toppled over. We opened the box to see the bottom tier was completely caved in, as if the cake was too soft or almost partially missing? And the next thing I noticed was it looked NOTHING like the cake I had ordered. We were also provided with figurines, which we said we did not need when we ordered the cake, and even these were horrible! Each one had a broken limb as soon as they were picked up, so we wouldn’t have been able to use them even if we wanted to. We were left with no cake for a first birthday the next morning, which was a disappointment to us and the guests. Someone needs to teach this place and the employees what customer service is supposed to be like. Unfortunately, it looks like I’m not the only one that’s dealt with their poor service recently.

I was very unhappy with their service. First of all the cake was made so poorly and did not look like the picture I showed them. If they were unable to make the cake properly, they should have let me know so I could get it made somewhere else. Second of all the cake itself was incredibly dry and ruined the taste. There was more frosting than cake. All sides of the cake had 2-3 inches of frosting underneath the fondant. Will never go back and do not recommend!!

I sent the picture and give them a call back. I though they received the order. After few days, when I called back they said I did not call them and the order was not placed. I gave the order again and the next day, I am hearing that they did not have the flowers to put on the cake. The cake has so many flowers but instead they put only 2 plastic flowers. I did not like the design but had no option at all.

Good cakes shop . it's about doing a small wedding cake for me, one week from the day. It was such a sigh of relief when she was able to accommodate me. And not only was the cake she made us absolutely stunning, a work of art, it was easily one of the most delicious cakes I had ever tasted.

We take sweets from here and its taste like nothing. All chamcham and milk cake is dry. Just wasted my money totally rubbish and sour

I ordered the cake a week ago, today I went for pick up, they forgot to make the cake. Then the girl over there picked up one cake from front and she decorated the cake to match with the one I ordered. It does not even have the same flavour. Even I talked with owner, it was the 3rd time I trusted on this bakery and they ruined our special occasion. However, they charged me full amount. Are you serious, please wake up don't ruined people's special occasion and do not charge them when all the fault is yours, alteast give discount or charge half of the amount because nothing is matched with the order- flavour, look and not the fresh cake plus order was not ready you wasted the time as well.

Loved the cake we ordered from this bakery. They helped us design the cake and pick flavor. The cake turned out really nice and flavor was just perfect. Highly recommend!
