Always use to get my pizza's from here, quality from past few months went drastically downhill when you order a large pizza they literally stretch your pizza to medium missing chicken when asked no refund no replacement and yes they need to start packing pizza cutters in their boxes because clearly they cant cut it at all will never order from here again gave them so many chances to improve but no efforts been made from them.
Used to order pizza from here all the time as a nice change up to the regular type of pizza chains. Recently the quality has hit rock bottom. I know the crust is thin, but on my last order it was paper thin, and so greasy I couldn't pick up a slice without it ripping, despite hardly having any toppings!! I don't think I'll be going back anymore, very dissatisfied and disappointed.
Ordered a simple xlarge pepperoni pizza with mozzarella and sauce. They made the pizza with no cheese. When we went in to address the issue, they said we ordered no cheese. We pulled up the order that clearly says mozzarella. She refused to take ownership of the mistake she made. Attempted to melt cheese on an already cooked pizza which ended up burning it. Then made us a medium pepperoni pizza, but we paid for a X-Large? All while my kids were waiting in the car, finally she made us what we wanted but continued to try and defend her mistake by blaming her system and apparently their pizzas don’t come with mozzarella? Makes no sense. Customer service sucked, definitely won’t be back. Disappointed as this use to be our fave pizza place.
Jan 16th 2023, I had the very best pizza I have ever had. Simeren made a pizza fresh for by the slice for me, my intention was for a couple of slices but after tasting the slice I had to buy the whole pizza. I’ve eaten here many times and it’s always been good, but this pizza was different, I am not sure what he did but it was amazing, best I’ve ever had. I never review things, but he deserves appreciation for what he did.
We ordered 3 regular pizzas and 2 gluten free pizzas. None of the kids or adults liked the regular pizzas because the crust was so hard and tough. The baby, who was teething, gnawed on the crust for quite a long time without it becoming edible. No one wanted to eat a second piece of pizza, even though everyone was hungry. The gluten free pizzas are tiny and expensive; plus both of them were burnt on the crust and very soggy near the center. The gluten free pizza toppings were were too thick and overpowering. Not buying from here ever again.
The best pizza on the mainland. Flavours erupted in your taste buds Amicable and professional employee service. To top it off the music was enjoyably suited for the environment
One of the best pizza we’ve had. The Pizza was very unique and had a very distinctive taste. The dough was browned perfectly and very soft and tender inside. We love the toppings and even enjoyed the leftover the next day. YUMMY!
Every time I've ordered over the past 2 years, sine Thomas left, the pizza has been drastically different. The dough is overworked and overcooked, very disappointing, waste of money. The pizza is often hard and burnt. The owner needs to get involved again, it's been different since the one good employee-Thomas-left and the owner has gotten lazy.
Great pizza! Ordered a small Cb today. They were very busy when I arrived and the guy making pizza was giving er just hustlin! He seemed to feel bad that I had to wait a while and upsized to a medium free of extra charge without me saying a word about it I was content waiting as real food takes time & as mentioned it was quite busy. Pizza was extra deadly also, it didn't even make it home!
Flavourful and fluffy dough. Nice amount of toppings. The employees are very kind and sweet. Best Italian pizza in Abby.Food: 5/5
