Wow , that’s your destination for all your cigar and cigar accessories and tons of extra things ,best place to buy and for gifts.

Every time I try entering this shop twice I received no welcome, no service and not even a smile. My skin colour might have made them thought that I would not be buying but it is disrespectful to keep watching coloured customers from a distance as if they would be stealing from you. We sense it and it is humiliating for us but you look so cheap and silly. However nice products. I was interested to buy some pens, pipes and tobacco but I will visit other more customer oriented stores or order online. Never underestimate your clients based on the colour of their skin. You are, foolishly, losing young potential lifetime coloured customers with your lack of sophistication not to call passive racism.  All the best…  P.S: I will not hesitate to share my experience to anyone/friends/tourists asking to rate the shop…

Super cool place if you want to find some cigars. They also sell some nice things for men as walking sticks, knives,etc. Which is a great finding for people who aren’t cigar enthusiasts. You can find some awesome gift ideas.

Walked in for the first time and I was so excited to see their selection, however the rep in the cigar section needs to take a few classes on customer service. He looked annoyed that I was asking for prices like he excepted me to buy blindly. Answered my questions with a dismissive attitude. He made me feel like I didn’t belong at their “prestigious” store. I have been to many cigars stores and lounges, and this was literally my worse experience. If you can’t have a pleasant conversation with your clients, maybe working at a cigar shop it’s for you. Ended up going to a cigar store close to my house and bought from there. New cigar smokers, avoid this place.

Very weird people working in the cigar section. We went to buy a cigar today and the employee could not find his keys and kept saying he had to search us. As well as asking us to smell the cigar and before any response holding it up to our noses to smell it. It was very awkward and uncomfortable. As well as he brushed up very close to my relatives breast. I believe they gave us such “good” customer service because we are women.

Great place to buy cuban cigars! To many choices. Great service and friendly staff ! A lot of accessories if you want to impress your guest! 5 stars

Great store, Great service. Not a cigar guy but was looking for some cigars for a birthday gift. The owner was kind enough to give me 5 recommendations well within my budget. Would highly recommend!

Very helpful staff .. No flavored cigars though, as restricted by the government.

Great shop to buy the best cigars or gifts for men or women with the widest selection I've seen so far. Worth the trip as it was money well spent.
