Great customer service! found exactly what I was looking for and the employees were super patient with me I asked to try many shoes!

Terrible customer service. My purchase experience was agreeable but after 4 months my shoes look like this. I went to the store and was basically being accused of making them dump or wet. PS: I have never used them in the rain, snow, or even to a club. That hurts for shoes at $149!

They closed today like 2h before closing time without any explanation. Lots of arrogance.

Received someone elses order from AB , contacted lacoste 5 times since may 22nd date order was received. No answer from them , just totally ignoring my request . They just stole 183$ from me

bad service Amazon ships free within 2 days even with the Covid19 but Lacoste ships within 3 weeks

Very busy shop, and discounts are not that great. If you love Lacoste though, you will find a lot of stock and variety of items.
