Varsity Cleaners

After being told my dry cleaning was delivered to Hyvee and going to pick it up, it wasn’t there. Once calling back, they told me they had my dry cleaning. After going to pick up my laundry they were very rude and did not handle the situation well.

For the second time, in as many months, these guys "lost" my clothes. My motel offers cleaning service, using this company. Twice, the cleaners failed to deliver the cleaning, and when questioned about it, claimed the clothes had been "dropped off" at my motel. Both times, it took multiple phone calls, to finally find the clothes that had been "delivered". Each time you get your clothes back, they are folded in a different way. It's almost like, they are trying to see how many ways you can fold a shirt, without repeating yourself. This is great, if you like to have 44 fold lines across your freshly cleaned items. Other than losing your clothes, and then folding them like origami masters, I guess I have no real complaints.

Great place, and the most affordable. Brought in 11 pairs of pants for waist being brought in, 3 vests, and two shirts. They got it all done withen 5 days, and under price that I was expecting ($135). Considering the last items that I got altered were in Colorado, I am ecstatic about the quality and pricing. Thank you beth for a great job, and making my clothes look fantastic.
