Went to pick up one shirt that I had dropped off to be pressed only!! They had no ticket that I ever dropped it off!! Just purchased the shirt.. Brand New. Then Left 3 messages for the General Manager Patrick Kline that were NEVER return!!! Poor Customer Service

The staff is always helpful and friendly. Patrick removed a red wine stain on my dress that I was sure would never come out. Thanks for the great service again, Prestige!

Burnt my husband brand new white shirt, cuffs and collar. And ended up not giving me all of my dry cleaning. Made several trips to get everything completed. It's your choice, I won't use them again.
