The store is awesome , the gentleman that helped me with my purchase was really nice and helpful. They have hundreds of different kinds of flavours at a reasonable price. I ended up getting fog All-Stars t strawberry blueberry and cotton candy which taste really good, definitely recommend the store definitely be going back.

Today was the first time I had ever been to this store. My experience was amazing. I am new to this and the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They didn’t try to up sell me and show me the most expensive pieces, instead he actually started me from the inexpensive ones because I was new. Overall I’m super pleased with my purchase and time in the store. I will be back for sure! Need to get me a nice tank now : EDIT - Went back tonight after work and was greeted by the same friendly staff. I left with a new my first tank ever Horizon Falcon Resin edition in green and a bottle of " The Prophet by Chapter III Illusion Vapors " ... I will continue to go back to this place because I was very pleased. I wish every store treated their customers like this. I was able to sample different flavors and really felt like the staff genuinely care about the products and their customers. Thanks again for the great experience!!
This place is awesome! Guys behind the counter know their stuff and are not hesitant to help you find what your looking for. I over heard a conversation between another customer and employee where the customer was asking for a particular flavor which they didn't have. He suggested others that she may like and said he'll search the web to try and get that flavor in. Good CS. Good juice selection, always a deal on.
Super helpful staff. I called back an hour later and the woman who helped me when I was in was more than willing to assist me with my questions I had about what I bought earlier. I would have only given her 4 stars cause no one gets a five... but her manicured blue nails were a killer and could have sold what ever she pointed at with them.
Fanatic store all around, I just had an issue with my mod and they took care of the issue by giving me a brand new replacement mod under warranty free of cost. Definitely recommend vape nation, at any of their locations ! Great juice and wide range of accessories to top it all off! 10/10 Keep it up guys !
Awesome staff. Went in with barely any knowledge on the products and left with a glorious new vape and a few flavors to try out. Matt was great and went above and beyond spending his time going over how everything works. 100% recommend.
Ordered a few things online yesterday, got a call today suggesting a battery that will work better than the ones I ordered with my box mod. The order was then shipped out within an hour. Fast and friendly service, love it!
This is the best store in town by far! A extensive collection of vape juices, what seams like all of the major brands. A very nice menu listing the juices by brand and flavors. They seem to have all variations available from each brand. They had the dual coil in stock I have only been able to get online. My experience with the vape professional was pleasant. This is the only vape shop worth visiting.
