Tools420 is a clean, well-kept store that has superior quality products and excellent customer service. On multiple occasions they’ve gone out of their way to help me with securing my warranty on their products months after the fact. And if you e-mail them they get back to you right away and they’re extremely knowledgeable. Though there are similar shops closer to me I will always return to Tools420 because of their helpful and positive attitude! I’m a forever customer! I highly recommend Tools420!
Highly recommend. There were issues due to Canada Post and spoke with Jason from customer service. He took very good care of me with swift replies and updates all the way through until I received my order. Item was as described. Jasons service was incredible. He turned what could have been a very bad experience into a great one. I would definitely buy from here again.
Dealt with Tools420 just before the holidays in December. Good deal and fast shipping. One of the products I ordered was outdated so I reached out to support - what a pleasant experience. Jason responded to my query within a day and genuinely shared my concern. I was able to ship the product back in January and received a correct version within two days of return. I haven’t received my order yet. It’s not delayed. I just ordered yesterday. However I’ve read nothing but positive reviews. I anticipate my package. What I want to say is this…. I’m neurotic and thorough… I spent months researching and looking around on top of the positive reviews….. they have the BEST prices. Period.

I bought an arizer solo 2 and out of the box didn't work. Notified tools420 and they told me I had to back to the manufacturer. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them. I buy a product from a place I expect to them to supply a new product when it's not working out of the box. Bad Bad company.

I walked in and noticed how small , dingy and dark the store was. I noticed Two heavy set guys in the back who seemed angry at everything . I was not greeted or even looked at as by these gentleman and I I stood there awkwardly. Finally someone from the back come out to me. I was sold a $400.00 erig. This product Focus V Carta 2 broke in 4 days. 420 tools said they can not cover the glass as I damaged it! I did prove I did not damage it! And it begins .... A small failing drop shipping company with no financial strategy to accommodate customers replacements or returns! If you purchase here you will be on your own the second your transaction is complete, know that! After being ignored for awhile I was told to deal with the manufacturer , who also is ignoring us at this point. We are out 400 bucks and sit here with a broken erig. I should have expected this type of situation going into this vape shop. Also know the manufacture states they will not cover anything when you purchase from a third party like 420 tools. After trying to get help from the manufacturer we finally got a reply! This is a direct quote from Focus V. I would not be able to process a refund for an item that was purchased from a 3rd party vendor. This quote is from DON from focus support. "I can have a replacement order created for you just confirm your address and I will have this created. I'm sorry but this replacement will ship out towards the middle of December as we are awaiting our bases. I would not be able to process a refund for an item that was purchased from a 3rd party vendor. " Direct Quote I'm sure the bases are on a ship coming from china as the bases were probably purchased on Alibaba like most drop shippers. I know these guys will comment back and make excuses and comments. But that's a weak minded mentality instead of manning up taking care of it like a professional. So lets sit back and wait for the excuses and policy's they put in place to protect themselves from refunds and replacing part lol.
Great place to shop, good prices and excellent attention from the staff, I had a problem but everything was fixed very quickly thanks to Jason.
