Vanilla Sugar Bakery is a sister owned scratch bakery located in Winfield, Illinois. After many years of doing small orders that eventually grew to large corporate orders sisters, Maggie and Norma, left the corporate world to further pursue their bakery dream.
In the summer of 2010 began the journey of a lifetime for us as we looked for the perfect location to make Vanilla Sugar Bakery a reality. The doors of VSB officially opened in November 2012 with the warmest welcome from the surrounding communities.
All of the VSB recipes have been crafted and tweaked for over 10 years using only the finest and freshest ingredients. That means there are no preservatives, fillers or additives in any of the products baked in the VSB Kitchen. Each and every morning we begin baking in the early morning hours so that you are always guaranteed the freshest and most delicious gourmet treats.
The baking doesn’t stop at the VSB Display as we also create Custom Birthday Cakes, Wedding Cakes, Special Occasion Dessert Tables, Corporate Dessert Tables, Catering, Bridals Showers and so much more!!
