We started using Vancouver Minibus on Sundays to shuttle our folks from parking lot to church, drivers are very courteous, bus is nice, clean, and comfortable. Easy communication with the office and best rates that we've researched. No hesitation in recommending them.
We rented a minibus from Vancouver Minibus for an office function. The arrangements were made quickly and easily via email. The pricing was very reasonable and included tax and gratuity. Our driver was on time, professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend.
Booked for a group of us to get to the airport with a pick up of 4:30 am. Driver was early and friendly and waited for everyone to arrive. Wasn't looking for luxury so the bus was exactly what we needed and the price was considerably better than elsewhere that I looked for a 21 passenger bus.
Excellent service. Used them to transport a stag group of 15 guys around town, driver was on time, polite and knowledgable...and best of all, put up with 15 loud mouthed guys making noise. Would highly recommend and use again.
I have worked with Vancouver Minibus intermittently for the past three years as I operate a youth summer camp. Vancouver Minibus services continues to be outstanding in the service they provide and I cannot recommend highly enough.
Absolute horrible booking service. Attempted to book a service twice on both of their phone numbers under their contact information and was hung up on both times once I stated that I had a question about how to go about booking. How can you expect to run a service yet be so unwilling to assist potential customers.
Wow.. Had a truly horrible experience just trying to BOOK something. Was treated very rudely just for asking some simple, polite questions about their booking rates. Would NOT recommend.
Horrible & rude ! called for a booking and come across a guy who is ill mannered and lacks basic telephone courtesy. The guy literally yelled on phone. Avoid them!
You do not get the bus you see in the photo. They're all beaten down recycled transit and casino shuttle buses. Let Jesus take the wheel when you ride this carrier.
Good experience. Easy and friendly service to book and Daryl the driver was friendly, punctual and flexible!
