We availed of the service to take us from our home to the airport. The roads were treacherous that day because of the snow the previous days. The driver arrived early and patiently waited for us. He was very courteous and professional. The vehicle was very clean. The driver was very careful and the trip was uneventful. Overall, an excellent service. We would definitely keep this service in mind the next time around.
I have been using Time Limo for the past year for airport transfers. Their vehicles are impeccable. The staff are so professional starting from the reception to the drivers. The drivers have been prompt and courteous. They have driven me during the snowstorm, I felt very safe & protected. There is no other company, I would trust. I highly recommend Time Limo to anyone looking for a transportation company.
The booking of the limo service was prompt and professional. The driver was friendly and actually arrived a little early, which was great. The limo was clean and the driver was friendly. Pick up from our event was late but the driver was good about communicating his ETA. It would have been a five star rating if the driver was on time for pick up or better yet, waiting for us when we got out of our event.
Everything worked out well. Unfortunately, the SUV limo that we originally booked had its AC malfunctioning. However, the subbed us for a party bus instead and it worked out totally fine since many of the groomsmen were tall so they had more room to walk around anyways. : Very friendly and efficient customer service. Our driver did try to take us to the wrong destination at first we had two photo locations and he tried to take us to photo location two first although everything was confirmed. That was really my only issue, so thankfully, a bridesmaid was paying attention or else we would have been late for photos. Other than that we were really pleased.Service: Weddings
I will absolutely use Time Limousine in the future. The service we had was incomparable to any other. We are a young family with two kids under 4 years old. We had scheduled a airport pickup and due to multiple flight delays, our flight landed much later then originally planned. The driver, Mo, was there waiting at 2am and got us home safely during a snowstorm. We will be using and recommending Time for all future hired car services.
just to let you knowKen was fabulous!!!! arrived early at our house was very helpful and friendly! the vehicle was perfect. we are travelling with 11 in our family! relieved a lot of stress for our trip to the airport!
Time limousine helped me book a last minute transfer from yvr to whistler. They were the only limo company to answer the phone early on Boxing Day and the gentleman who helped me I think his name was Paul was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Time!
Very impressed with the services of Time Limousine. 5 on 5 for the professionalism and customer centric approach of Mr. Manu our friendly driver. Inspite of him having to waited for us for 4 hours due to our flight delay and serpentine queue at immigration, he was really helpful and welcoming. Will certainly use thier services in future!!!
I wanted to let you know that our driver Satwinder Atwal, was absolutely amazing. He was very patient with us on Sunday for the pick up at YVR, due to an hour delay getting luggage from the airline. He also was very understanding when my granddaughter got car sick. Then on Friday, he was right on time and just as pleasant as he was on Sunday. He truly is a good guy and I would recommend him to anyone. He is a pro. Thanks again to you all for the service, it was awesome, Jim
Always great service when picking up my elderly in-laws. Attentive kind and on time! They always transport my in laws to the airport with extra care. Treating them like their own parents. Thank you!!!
