Vancouver Island Regional Library

Staff is friendly, knowledge and helpful. A special thanks to Barb who went above and beyond with her friendly attitude and assistance today. I needed to get some packages ready for mailing at the mall and she was so nice about it. I thought the "tape pulling" would not be allowed but she made me feel ok about this, as did the friendly man sharing our library table. I think the new decor is rather stark and cold looking at the CC location but the warm , welcoming staff make up for that.😂 Keep up the great job! It is noted and appreciated.

Great location now that they have moved to the mall. More convenient and better parking. Do miss the windows though.

Great little neighbourhood library. We used to go at least weekly when Wed lived in the area. Friendly staff. Cozy kids area. Good kid selections.
