He was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to helping me find the perfect car within my budget. The buying process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to Edmund's guidance and other supporting staffs working here. I recently bought a Honda Civic Sports from Chirag at Vancouver Honda and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service he provided. He did not provide any inflated information just to make a sale, instead took the time to understand my needs and preferences. He actually cared about my choices and knowledge. Chirag was extremely knowledgeable about the cars, its features and comparable cars in the market. He removed many assumptions I had and we were able to zero in on the car that fir my budget, lifestyle and needs. I value his personal touch and his nature to go above and beyond. Additionally, the manager at Honda Vancouver Daniel Quigley was very helpful in our purchase. Again, with the current market and logistics issues, working with him was a breeze. He let us know all in advance and did not make any false promises which, a lot of other dealerships are currently doing. Same guy Tim we bought the car off in 2016 was still there...only he had moved up in position. The starter went they took care of us and charged us fairly and fixed it promptly and even detailed it. Thanks Sanjeev!! car looks and feels great....

Thanks to Tommy, Abby and Jennie at Vancouver Honda for making a big decision less stressful. This was the first time I left a dealership after making a purchase where I didn't feel I was being swindled. They gave me a great price on my trade in, a fantastic deal on the vehicle I wanted and I left feeling happy with my choice and my experience. The cherry on top came a few days later when I realized the vehicle I purchased used did not come with head phones or a remote for the entertainment system. Abby and Tommy stepped up and solved this issue for me and they did it with a smile. I will go back to Vancouver Honda when its time for my next upgrade. Thanks again guys!

Sanj, the Service Advisor was very kind and helpful from day 1. He was clear and respectful regarding my unfortunate car issues popping up with my 2007 Honda Accord SE and he did his absolute best to provide me with discounts on the list of work that needed to be done. He is mindful and honest about what to prioritize first and will provide you with accurate quotes on the spot. He even gave me a complimentary oil change to come back and get my car serviced at the dealership so I really appreciate his ethics and standards of quality customer service.

I recently purchased my first Honda. Victor Wong was so helpful and super patient with me. Explaining everything and making sure I understood, bringing over the mechanic to go into details of the vehicle. When I picked up the car and found a couple things, he made sure to get them sorted right away. I would definitely recommend to reach out to him when buying your car.

I bought a CRV from Vancouver Honda recently. This is my first car ever, and I know very little, nearly none knowledge about cars. Therefore I got plenty of questions while I started driving. My Sales, Jocelyn, responded my questions and followed up promptly. She is super helpful. For those who wants to buy Honda cars, or who has not decided what brand, or who is a novice driver like me, I highly recommend her!!!

Me and my partner went to this Dealership just to check out some cars but at the end of the day we went home with our brand new 2023 Honda Accord. We didn't have any appointment before coming in but still the service was really good! I would highly recommend to visit this place and ask for Jocelyn Balladares as she was really helpful as well as showed us a bunch of cars available and I can tell she's well experienced in dealing with customers!
