I was so happy with my overall experience here. I was in the market for a while looking for Kia k5 and I went to few dealerships but my experience was not that good. But at Kia Vancouver Adrian and Nav manager they helped me a lot and gave me a good deal and what I was expecting. Thanks a lot Adrian and Nav.

I had a great customer service! Something was bothering me about my car and I asked to look into it. Charles, who works at the service department, was very nice and kind! All the staff here are great to deal with. Eric answered all our questions on the vehicle & showed us how everything worked and Nav gave us a great price. Even Christine, the finance manager was very patient with us and explained things thoroughly. We love the vehicle & enjoyed our interactions with the team. We'll be back again.
