Vancouver First Aid

Aurel was a great instructor! Made sure we were all involved in the learning! Gave us a lot of hands on experience which was wonderful allowed me to feel more confident in using my skills in the real world! Definitely recommend taking the course with them!

the amount of info taught by Aurel in the CPR Recert class was extremely thorough and we were given many chances to practise and practise. I left feeling very confidant as there's always quite a bit of material covered at once..highly recommended organization!

Instructor didn’t show up to scheduled time. Really tough to get ahold of company by phone. Apparently a last minute time change was emailed out - myself and another person never got it. Company tried to argue with me about not getting notified. Would never use them again

Aurel the instructor was great. Excellent communication skills and incredibly engaging I enjoyed taking her course and would do so again. I'd give Aurel 5/5. Administrative team could be improved, and is the reason for the lower rating.

Had my first class here, it has practical exercise more then the theory in this class which is amazing in my opinion, the teacher is patient, easy to understand which is always great! It's recommended for sure!

Do not take recertification courses here if you're any kind of health care provider. Information was generalized, no option to challenge test/ simulation. They run standard first aid courses at the same time as CPR-HCP so you spend the majority of the day learning unrelated topics. Will not do a recert here again.

I did my first aid recertification with Vancouver First Aid. The class was nice, instructor was helpful, well informed, respectful, and the classroom is clean, inviting and following Covid-19 protocols.
