Excellent Customer Service, I wish they would used other exchanges instead of Binance rates since it trades on a higher rate by 1-3%. So in actuality, it's 10% rate when switching to other exchange. However, it's one of the lowest rate exchanges based in Vancouver.

Very happy with my experience here. Helpful staff and a transparent process. I would recommend this place to everyone.
