I have been to a fair amount of currency exchanges in my life, and I have never been to a place that offered as amazing rates as this Currency Exchange. I was dumbfounded at how close they were to the actual rate that I googled if they were legit Which they are. I even commented to the guy at the desk that I thought he had made a mistake. Recommend and wish I could give more stars. Well done good sirs, thank you for being decent humans and not rip off your customers. :

Called earlier to make sure about their closing time, which he confirmed 7 pm. Arrived there at 6:20 40 mins before closing but was rushed and said he is closing already, in a not-so-gentle manner, if you know what I mean. Yet, currency was updated at 6:41 pm I left already. I came all the way there with nothing. Sad cause I come here whenever I need to change currency, but was approached that way : Good deal but no good relation. I think he is the owner of the entity.

I went two times, and I can guarantee, this is a good place like most of the people said, with pretty fair exchange rate, private and fast aswell.

I went here a few weeks back to exchange USD to CAD. Funny enough the reason why I’m writing a review is because I couldn’t! Turns out they could not take any more USD that day but the man was so kind and made sure to direct me to the next best place where I could get a good exchange rate. That alone makes this a five star business. Would recommend to anyone!

Best exchange rate in Vancouver, bar none. No complaints and straight forward service

I travel a lot and always exchange currencies. When I found this place in Vancouver I named it as the best currency exchange place in The World! If you pay attention on comments rate here, they don’t have normal deviation only good5 and bad1 star which shows the either side is relevant, so I consider mostly the 5star comments are truthful. I just sold my USD with CCR yesterday with the best rate. Thank you Charlie!

Charlie is the BEST!!!!!! I always go to him to exchange American money and I like it much better then the bullion. Bless him!!

I don't know what's going on with the customer service here. This is the second time I come and the same arrogant attitude of the young guy pretty sure he is not the owner...but his behaviour makes me think that is some preferences with certain people. Very rude. Vancouver is a multicultural city! Everyone needs to be treated with respect! Starting with a very simple greeting!

Great exchange rate from USD to CAD and the guy's pretty helpful too.
