Items are easier to find at this location, cause the inventory, and selections are lower, then other chain stores. Is that a good or bad thing, you can decide. Prices are still higher then many other places, just try your best to bargain hunt. It's expensive because a broom handle is $2 to $3 at dollar stores. The item in the pic is USED! So it's expensive! Change rooms are not in operation, you can't try anything on. If your taking a chance on bringing clothing home, doesn't fit. Why can't you return it? "Bad Store Policy" that will drive customers away. Basically this company will not refund money period!!! Store credit and amounts will be put back onto a card, so think twice before purchases. Try supporting privately owned stores, perhaps your dollars will be stretch out further.
Huge selection of clothes, shoes and dishes. Clean and secure location. Great prices. Highly recommend.
I’ve donated a handful of times and never get the 20% I use to love coming to value village but it’s hard to justify a ripped t shirt for 15 from George Walmart the prices this year alone skyrocketed so much it’s cheaper to get new clothes. Lots of shirts and jackets got stains and rips, with a big price tag. It’s like you made the ur loyalty program to hike the prices up Hahhaha good laughs when I go in tho.
This store has changed so much since the last time I was there. That odd old-stuff smell is gone, it's much cleaner, and they have a much larger variety of merchandise. I was looking specifically for Royal Albert china and found a couple of Petit Point plates in perfect condition, though not the ones I was looking for. And the staff are awesome - friendly and helpful and so pleasant to deal with. I will definitely be going back!
Love the store, always good for a time killer and I have lots of fun with friends just browsing. I've also found some really good stuff. Christmas stuff kind of takes over just before Halloween and stays for a few months which I personally don't enjoy, but it's a store what can I expect nowadays?
Well organized and clean compared to a typical second hand shop. As expected, prices are very reasonable. Looking around for 30 minutes, I was able to find a few things that I wanted to buy. The staff were friendly and helpful.
I love Value Village, the reason it's only getting a four star rating is their pricing is so erratic. Sometimes I think they need a reminder that they're a THRIFT STORE! Like I was going to grab a Hugo Boss golf shirt the other day and it was $40 !! Huh?? Hello V.V. give your head a shake, or a pair of Under Armour high tops for over $100 !! That said, their prices are usually pretty fair and occasionally I'll find a phenomenal deal which is what keeps me coming back. I will also say that their stock is the highest quality of any of the thrift stores.
Always a great place to pick up nick nacks or whatever. The store is huge but the prices are rising , better hurry!! Don’t forget to register online to get alerts on upcoming sales and great deals.
I can't believe it's gone only to self-serve check-outs. Why should I have to do their job that they get paid to do, I'm not their employee. For 6 self serve check-outs was 1 staff monitoring us doing their job. I will no longer shop value village..
Often understaffed, needs to be cleaned more often, and could use a lot of reorganization. Options are never consistent as it is a thrift store but every once in a while you find some really nice things.
