Here’s the updated version with that detail included:nnI’m appalled by my recent experience at Value Village. After living down the street for 15 years and being a loyal customer, I was kicked out of the store because staff assumed I looked like a thief and, even more outrageously, a drug dealer. These accusations were entirely based on my appearance, which is both discriminatory and unacceptable.nnIt’s shocking to be treated this way by a store I’ve supported for so long. Everyone deserves to shop without being stereotyped or humiliated. Value Village, you need to address this behavior with proper training for your employees. Until then, I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this store to anyone.
Some things are clearly overpriced. Seasonal stuff should be cheaper. Parking was crowded. You're having to do self checkout now all the time?
Could have been a 5 star review however I watched two staff talk down to a customer because they asked if there was somewhere to try on clothing. Great selection of items at this location but terrible staff. The male with glasses needs to either be placed in the back without customers or needs to be retrained.
Parking is a breeze. Accessible doors. Clean and well kept. Prices are a bit high considering the products are donated. But I found some good deals on winter products. Self check out with a helpful attendant. A positive. experience.
Good sized Value Village. Clean and doesn’t have too much smell. There was the seasonal Halloween costumes and supplies. Otherwise the rest of the items were second hand and organized neatly by sections. Both self check out and counter check out were available. Lots of parking outside as it’s located within a plaza.
