Valleyview Mini Storage

The storage spaces here are very clean and the location is convenient. This facility does not pro rate rental fees, only goes by month, so if you move out early in the month you will not get the rest of the month back. This facility has trolleys on site for you to move stuff in and out. The office staff has to check the trolleys in and out. Access to the lockers are available outside of office hours. If you are moving IN at a time that the office is not open you can sign out a key to a trolley to use at a time that the office is open. But if you are moving OUT at a time that the office is not open you cannot sign out a key to use a trolley.

The staff was kind and helpful. It is dust free facility and even elevator is so clean as well.

Poor customer service. Wouldn't refund on unused moving materials. This was never made clear at the point of sale, and to make mater worse, the counter staff almost gloat on it.

Very rude staff (argumentative) whom do a lot of double talk and don't understand the concept of customer serve. Very weak customer service and quick to make "rulings" then pass the buck to the "owner" who is out of town... I would suggest, from my experience, take all your business elsewhere and there are a lot of other places in town.
