Said railings just needed powder coating and then would be installed.....then called 3 weeks later and said they could not do the job....total waste of time

Absolutely terrible.  Did not complete project, made a mess of the deck, left garbage at the site.  The Victoria address listed, is not what shows on his written quote.  I'm looking into legal proceedings.

weeks after measure, they call and say they can't do the job at all. Total waste of time. These people are clowns.
