I do not recommend this dealership based solely on my experience with the service department. The staff are not friendly and have limited customer service skills. It's never possible to have a courtesy vehicle and they never offer the shuttle service. They expect you to have your mileage memorized before going to the counter. They won't go get it for you. A simple oil change takes well over an hour and their service times are never what they estimate. I'm looking forward to the spring when my husband sells his Mazda and buys elsewhere.
