I recently found a rental through Valley Realty and I could not be happier with the process. It was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. As someone who has moved and rented multiple times though different agencies, this is the best one around! Would highly recommend!!

I have rented from Valley for over 5 years at 3 different properties and it has always been a good experience. Very friendly and efficient staff

Used as a property manager for a rental property. Agents did not know or understand many regulations of the Residential Tenancy Act. This caused a lot of unnecessary problems for both landlord and tenant. Just a huge waste of time dealing with these property managers. Calls are often forwarded to an answering service so calls are not returned in a timely manner.
