SANDHAVEN HOMES uses Pacific Home Warranty as their insurance company who will deny and claim you may put thought for deficiencies in your new home. SANDHAVEN HOMES is a builder in the ABBOTSFORD area and building in the AUGUSTON area. Buyer beware and plz buy from another building. Cheers! Jaret
