I do wish I would have read the reviews before coming here but I was very upset one day when I came in for an appointment and realized all my services were terminated by the counselor. I was so confused,scared, and upset my daughter might not get her medication. I was in the process of trying to switch my daughter somewhere that is better suited for children and there needs. When all this happened. The staff is always and was very rude to me. But I got a dear call from the supervisor with Ample patience and very eager to help. I was very please with her. Thank you.

I have been a patient for about a year and a half now. They have been okay but today I was stuck in traffic due to road construction. I arrived 8 minutes late and the doctor refused to see me. The lady at the front desk was so rude. I will never be back ever. 8 minutes... really???

Very self-absorbed staff that acts superior to patients.

I still go because of convince but they act better than you, and seem not to care to much, doctor listens though.

Insensitive, uncaring, and rude staff. Either prejudiced or incompetent, if not both.
