Dr. Torres and the staff are AMAZING. I've been going to Dr. Torres for over 8 years and he is the best pain management doctor I've ever been too. And I've been to 3 others before I found him. He really cares about his patients and your well being. He's like a big teddy bear. Rick (who usually answers the phone) is the sweetest nicest person. And Carrie is a sweetheart

Dr. Torres is very compassionate & understanding of my mom's pain levels. He has the best bedside manners that I've ever come across in any doctor! He's also into the natural end of things as far as what he injects into his patients which is incredibly hard to find.

The man who answered the phone was completely condescending and dismissive. I called asking if they accept my ins and he told me no. Then when I called back to ask when they stopped accepting it he said they simply had too many referrals for that company and didn't know if or when they'd start accepting it again.

great dr,,goes above & beyond for his patients,,a true hero in my book& the guy at the counter,is not a bad guy at all,its a very demanding job trying to help & please everyone can make any sane person lose their cool every now & then,even thought its never heppened to me
