Valley Bed & Breakfast

The Innkeeper was very nice and helpful. The rooms were a little out dated and the wifi didn't work very well. But the bed was comfortable and fairly clean.

Absolutely stay away. I gave a 1/5 only because you had to give a rating in order to review. The owner was rude and not helpful at all. For someone operating a BnB who depend on me (customer) she didn't seem to get the connection that being nice would bring her referrals and good customer service reviews hence more bookings. I'm extremely disappointed and would look for another facility only there is nothing else available in town!! The rooms old, foul odor of stale smoke and zero internet connection in the room I was in. She would not accommodate with another room. Sleep in your car people!!

Owner re-opened former Davis B&B. Handy to downtown. Clean, comfortable beds, ensuite bathroom. Good, simple breakfast. Shared mini-fridge for guests to store a few provisions for ferry. The owner was very accommodating, letting us check in early, park car while away on ferry. No trouble with booking (confirmed day before I left).

My experience was short-circuited by her abysmal business practices: after making a reservation in June for September, giving her a credit card number and receiving two confirmation emails, when I called the day before I was to stay there, to check on something, she claimed (in the face of all the email evidence) never to have received the credit card number for confirmation. Phooey. (They seem to have changed the name to Valley B&B, but don't be fooled.)
