While the Portland VA Hospital was awesome during my 3 day hospitalization in July 2020, I just found out that the VA system is refusing to provide COVID-19 tests to any disabled veteran who while being exposed to a person who is positive for COVID-19 is asymptomatic. NICE WAY TO KEEP YOUR DISABLED VETS SAFE!!!!
I have received care/treatment at VA Portland Medical Center for almost 5 years. Their involvement and care for my health care needs has been excellent. I'm thankful for all the help their professional staff has given me.
Call center for veterans. Veteran manning the phones . J gets it , got it done , and has great communication skills ! Please hire more veterans !
