I've been here many times and it has always been a favorite of mine, however today it was just very disappointing. The food appeared to be steaming hot but once I brought it to my table and took a bite, it was cold. Every item I put on my plate aside from the spring rolls and egg drop soup were cold. They opened at 10:30 this morning and I came in at 11am. I've never had this experience before so it really is a shame. I told the owner as I was leaving that the food was very cold and I was going to eat somewhere else. The owner gave me a refund.
It’s been five years since leaving Washington so part of the return was a visit to one of the few Chinese buffets available that I frequented often. I’m glad to report the food was FRESH, with the exception of the sushi bar - smelling the product gave fair warning they weren’t rotating the product frequently enough. And the sushi wasn’t cold enough even though the ice bed was fresh. It should be noted that my Chinese food cooking skills have advanced significantly these past five years. So I arrived with a different palate- more educated. More mature. So three stars ONLY because I found the appropriate seasonings to be weak. Lacking in strength. The way the food was cooked was spot on. And to pull that off for a massive Buffett requires skilled and trained staff. So very pleased to see they know what they are doing. And staff was continually checking the food and adding more. I checked by sitting close to the buffet. There was never a shortage of food or staff checking. Also good to see someone always sweeping the floor keeping it clean. Good sign of a restaurant. Wait staff were attentive and polite. Impeccably groomed and clean. Good sign. So after rereading my review I’ll change it to four stars. My only complaint is the sushi needed more attention and some of the sauces could use a little more potency with the spices. I will go back to this place. Not for the fried dumplings steamed are better in my opinion. But for a good variety and quality of fresh Chinese food.
I do not recommend this place. The food is not at proper holding temperature. Be careful what you eat here. Some food is not prepared properly. Some is not cooked all the way. Not to mention that they have these signs everywhere that state if you waste food then you will be charged an extra $10 per person. The ice cream is self service and is real icecrwam in tubs. This is HIGHLY problematic an very unsanitary as I personally whitnessed several kids and adults grab the scoop, reach into the tubs with questionable hands and scoop ice cream, lick their knuckles and proceed to scoop again. No gloves are provided an this should really have an employee serving people so that sanitation can be enforced and maintained. I do not recommend this place. Features: Not Covid-19 safe. Highly unsanitary
I like food and services. This restaurant is busy and that means that customers like this buffet restaurant but the owner needs to take care of some parts of the resultant. Some things that disappointed me the restroom was not clean at all and the ice cream station need someone to operate it.
I can always appreciate walking into a buffet and they are super busy lots of staff cleaning and putting out fresh food the shrimp was very fresh and amazingFood: 5/5
The sliding quick release plate and cellphone tripod mount holder were lost yesterday but they are found today. The cleaners and owner of the restaurant are very honest and trustworthy. Thank you so much for finding them! Also, the different dishes were so delicious.
Basic run of mill Chinese buffet. good selection, good taste but not always at the right temperature. Over all not too bad. The fried wonton and chicken wings were my favorites. The pork buns and orange chicken were my least favorite. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetables Parking: More than enough spaces
1st time here . Driving back to Seattle decided to stop for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Best Chinese buffet ever. Large selection and nothing was empty . 10 stations . Our new favorite.
Typical all you can eat buffet. Decent selection and quality for your money. Can be annoying due to bad parents with uncontrolled children, other than that it is a good default option when I do not have time or energy to cook.Food: 5/5
The Asian sea food was so nice. I can highly recommend anyone. They close at 9.30. The buffet so niceFood: 5/5
