Personalized, professional and friendly service

The staff here is rude. I was just trying to negotiate for the waiting time they would keep my bike before servicing. And the staff member started yelling that they don’t do PRICE negotiations blah blah blah... They simply dont wana listen to your problems as a customer.

Went to see those guys with my good old Masi a while ago and the service is on point. Very kind and informed staff, ready to answer any newbies like me's questions. Definetly would recommend to all cyclists in and out of MTL.

Excellent customer service, nice bikes. The people are passionate about what they do and  do an great job.

My bike feels like new after a lvl 3 tune-up, great work.
