Utsav Sweets

We had breakfast buffet for 10 $ per person very cheap for a full buffet in 2022. Had a lot of beef and chicken curries, vegetarian lentils and chickpeas, two sweet dishes, and plenty of hot drinks. Quality of food was great, food was filled as soon as it gets less, and restaurant owner was welcoming and friendly.

I always order delivery, the food was packed well, bengali taste. I ordered the kacchi biryani multiple times, sometimes it is different. I hope next time the meat is tender in kacchi. Bhuna khichuri + chicken is simply delicious, and fresh always I look forward to the menu including more items. I totally recommend trying out my favourites.

Best Bengali food in Calgary. I don’t know if there's any other bengali restaurant in Calgary but the food here is really tasty. I'll come here again. And also they have sweets.

They said its kacchi either mutton/ goat. But its joke they lied...its beef biriyani. And not fresh at all. It seems like they cooked a while ago and i ordered and they heated up.. I felt its fraud and ripping the customer. Because its not bengali food at all. Not gonna visit there anymore.. Poor food. Don’t recomend anyone.

Tried their Sunday Buffet for breakfast/ brunch.. 10am to 1pm/ 12$ food tastes good. Best for the price! Went there last minute but found refilled!

Fish pakora was not bad. Adding green chutney, lemon and some onions in packaging will enhance the customer experience.

Came with friends on a Wednesday night. On first glance, the restaurant looks like it has only two tables but when you go inside they have a hall which is full of tables. Lots of places to sit when one comes with a group. Wednesday night is fuchka buffet which is run from 6-9:30pm, $9.95 per person. We got that and ate until full. It tasted great! The staff came frequently to refill the trays. The owners are very welcoming and friendly .. no complaints!

My first visit to Utsav. The dine in area was neat and clean and the staff was very friendly and courteous. I ordered for chicken biryani which was served hot and in good quantity. The biryani was tasty and I enjoyed my meal. Will definitely visit again. Keep up the good work.Food: 4/5

If you are looking for Bangladeshi cuisine to eat in Calgary, everyone will point you out to this place. Staffs are really friendly, and food is really good. They have sweets section where you can buy varities of sweets item including jalebi, nimki and other famous sweets of Bangladesh. I loved this place .

You have sold me some sugarless sweet in name of kajukatli. Sad that you can’t recognise what sweet it is!!
