Delicious food, good quantity, reasonable price and caring staff. I loved their masala fish and goat curry. Definitely a place to revisit.

The fish tikka tandoori and chicken briyani was finely cooked. However, given the instructions to make it spicy, i suppose the special instructions weren’t followed. The quantity of salt required in the food wasn’t adequate which resulted in tasteless food. We ordered kadhai chicken last week, of which I forgot to click the picture; was delicious. I would definitely order again with emphasizing on special instructions.

Wow. Best Indian food in Vancouver? Possibly. Amazing Aloo Tikki! Food came out fast and hot. Would recommend if you are looking for authentic Indian cuisine.

Out of this world food and service! We tried the Amritsari Kulchas, Keema Naan, Goat Curry, Malai Kabab and Chole Bathure. All of them were SUPER YUMMY! This was the first spot we hit on our way from the US to Vancouver and it was so good we even had it again on our way back one last time. If you want to spoil your mood then look at owner Ekta, she looks so rude, never smile, no soft skill at all, very poor service to customers so one star to her but I am giving 5 starts due to friendly and hardworking staff and servers along with delicious food.Food: 5/5

Food was spicy and quantity was dismal for 17 dollars. Not enough for even two people. As seen in the photo it is 436 grams along with the weight of container. Not worth the price in my opinion. Atleast the tiny container should be completely filled, in this case it was only partially filled.

It was fabulous experience today at ustad g restaurant, never had this taste of food ever from any restaurant in vancouver. The best staff, the best food and the best tast in vancouver. Guys you should visit once at least.

Pros: Very reasonable prices, convenient location and polite staff Cons: Ordered Cholley Bhaturey, Salted Lassi, Keema Naan with Gravy, Golgappe and Dahi Bhalla. The Lassi was decent and so was the Keema Naan… the Cholley Bhaturey lacked spice and were bland at best, the Dahi Bhallas were disappointing and the Golgappas were ok The restaurant didn’t look clean and the ambience included the washroom needed a good scrub..

I ordered food today but really disappointed. Never going to order again. Kadai paneer was full of oil, manchurian balls were so hard. Tandoori rotis were not chewable at all. Sides of rotis were dried like papadum. Horrible food and waste of money Not recommended.

The food was great, but it could be better. Steel plates are so out of today's market and they were not balanced, bouncing all over. Desserts should be served with dessert spoons, not with main course spoons. Overall great .Food: 4/5
