I visited the showroom as I saw they had bathroom sinks on display.They explained to me that all they had were ex-display items which had really good prices. Unfortunately there was nothing that would fit my bathroom.The sales person Abdul directed me to another bathroom store from where I managed to find the sink unit I needed. Although I didn't buy anything from 'Urban Interior' I was really impressed with the the honesty and great customer service. I will definitely consider them when I renew my kitchen.
Many thanks Abdul and Ankur for your on time delivery of my bathroom items. It was a great pleasure dealing with you as you took care of everything from order taking to order delivery. I can strongly recommend Urban Interiors to any one. Hope to see you soon for my second bathroom renovation.
UI fixed our door hinges and they did an immaculate job. It wasn't as simple as just fixing a hinge but replacing the current one to a whole new different system. They were clean, kept noise level low and were super speedy but did a premium class job.
Dreadful. We saw a product just taken off display, spent two weeks chasing the price, got fobbed off by 4 different people, and then when we pointed out the service was problematic, they told us the item had 'just' been sold anyway! Waste of time. Unprofessional and disorganized.
What is this showroom? Disinterested staff who don’t even know where the brochures are or what stockists they use. No bathrooms on display - just a few basins and toilets stacked against wall. Pointless visit.
Appalling service. Kitchen paid in full beginning of September, still not finished and they refuse to answer. They lied on specification, never issued a contract nor a programme and walked away with all my money. Stay away from them!!!!
Very good service . Expedited fitter. Overall we are really happy with the product and installation process.
Poor installation. Dreadful after sales. Good at taking your money.
