Absolutely horrific service. Negectful and unapologetic staff. I will never go back, even though my breakfast was good...whenit finally came.

I enjoyed the service and the food was delivered quickly. Everything tastes ok but it wasn't as good as I hoping for. I ordered the Cubana sandwich and found there was too much bread for the amount of meat and I thought it would have been grilled like a panini but it was just a baguette. The baguette was good but there was too much of it. The fries tasted great but were not very hot which took away from some of the enjoyment. Overall, I would come back here but I would order the pouting or a burger instead as I heard other customers commenting on how good they were. Also, the service is very friendly and they had some good beer on tap.

Miserable waitress "Alice" with long curly brown hair. Sat 10min waiting then got attitude with our frozen burger missing all the toppings, even no cheese on top! She perked up at old men's tables only, trying to work it for a tip (painful to watch). Magically, her personality only transformed when the bill arrived. Don't stop here if you want a great start to your vacation. All the reviews say the same thing: bad food, bad service.

Just ate there. Absolutly horrible experience. Waiter was acting like I was a burden to him. When I placed my order he didnt even let me finish my sentences and had already disappeared. He never made eye contact and couldnt care less that I was a client. When he brought my food he just quickly dropped it on the table and disappeared. If he had listened well, he would have actually paid attention to what I had asked. Finally when he gave me my bill he charged me $15 more than what I owed, when I made the remark about the wrong price, he exhaled as if I was lying till he later saw that I was right. When I paid my bill, and left, none of the staff said bye eventhough they were standing next to me having a ridiculous discussion about the fact that the waitress should tell them when she goes to the washroom and out loud that she shouldnt forget to wash her hands when she is done all this when other clients were eating. First and last time at this place, very disgusted.
