Domino's Pizza

Terrible pizza, use to be great but got bought out new owners are super cheap, to the extent of robbing their customers, ordered pizza from here 2 nights in a row each time I paid extra for triple cheese, get my pizza and half the slices are missing cheese.... Ridiculous

Aman is the best worker and kindest person ever!nAman, the manager of the Dorval location, is an amazing person. My teenage son was stranded in an airport hotel in Montreal overnight after missing a connecting flight coming from Europe to the U.S., and he had put his wallet in his checked bag which went on without him, so he had no credit card, no ATM card, no Canadian currency, and hadn't eaten all day. His flight from Montreal to the U.S. was 30 minutes late, but apparently the U.S. security closed down and he was literally dropped at the hotel by the airline and told to come back the next day. We tried to order him food, but the Dominos App and web site wouldn't let us pay with a US credit card zip code on a Canadian order, and the store policy was that you couldn't pay with a credit card over the phone. Aman was incredibly patient and spent a ton of time trying to talk us through making the app and/or web site work, and then when it was clear it wouldn't, he paid out of his own pocket for our son to have a pizza which was literally the first food he had had in 20 hours of travelling. His kindness was such an amazing act of generosity and I can't commend him enough.

The woman serving me, Sneha, has provided me amazing service. She managed everything on her own, from taking orders to making the food and serving it. Her beautiful, bright, and joyous energy makes me want to come back due to her excellent service.

Ordered for delivery and there was some confusion in regards to a gift card. The information the driver had was not the same as my online order. A little frustrating, but eventually all sorted out, and I appreciate manager Ari going the extra mile to make sure all was good. Very service-oriented. The food was good, well-made, cleanly-presented, and the drivers are always very friendly and polite. I am happy to recommend this store. Thank you.

It's fast-food pizza; you know what you're getting when you order. It's hit-and-miss sometimes with how it's made. I had an amazing pizza and cheesy bread the other day, but I've certainly been disappointed in the past. The only time I've ever worried is when you order your free pizza; I try to pay for extra toppings because the pizza itself is free, but they always short me. Am I led to believe it's my fault for being a valued customer and using my points for a free pizza, so the store doesn't get as much money, and I need to suffer? Please let me know. Nonetheless, it's quite consistent.
