More than 50% of items on their 50% off racks are actually not on sale.  Even when confirmed by their floor staff.  No customer service whatsoever.  Lost customer.

I like the clothing and there's lots of variety. However the security tag was left on the pants i bought and I was frustrated that i waited in line to use the 1 of 5 change rooms open downstairs while the 8+ upstairs were closed.

Lots of variety in clothes but not in size. Seems that anything over a size med is always gone. I would shop here more if they kept stocked up in all sizes.
