I’ve come here multiple times and it’s always been such a great experience. : I love getting dip manicures done here, as well as shellac pedicures. Highly recommend Tini, Kate and Holly.  Holly did my pedicure today and she was amazing! Love how it turned out. The hot stone massage and foot/leg massage was super relaxing. Highly recommend. All the staff are super nice!

First appointment: December 18th 2021  Got my powder dip done here just before the holidays. I loved it after I got it done and wanted to give an honest review of the service provided. I was told that it would last 3 weeks and two weeks 3 days later this is how my nails look like. There’s a bit of chipping as expected especially on my right hand as I am right handed. I wish my cuticles were cared for as well but the focus was on the nails. Overall I loved it and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who didn’t want add nails and looking for a more natural look. Purple nails  Update: January 14th 2022  Went in for a new set of powder dip yesterday. Staff was very welcoming and ready to get me beautiful nails. I had the same nail technician, Jessica, she works fast and is a genius! My cuticles were cared for this time, some chipping is expected with use and I now know I can go in for a fix for free later. I asked for tips this time for a bit of symmetry and length and I absolutely love it! I don’t think I’ll do anything else asides from powder dip. I think it’s important to communicate clearly what you want. Definitely recommend and 5 stars  Maroon nails

NEVER EVER GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. Honestly everyone was nice but the results were HORRIBLE. This lady proceeded to do basically do uggliest manicure on me and had the audacity to charge me 63 for the worst manicure I have ever seen in my life. Attached is my left hand and that’s the “better hand” as you can see the French is literally half of my natural nail, none of them are the same thickness. The fact that the lady didn’t let me see my nails while she was doing it makes sense now. Don’t even bother coming here, they can’t even do the basics.

I came to get my nails here yesterday I was going for a simple look as I’m doing my engagement photos and have my engagement party coming up this week. The nail tech basically gave me the opposite of what I wanted. My nails looked horrific… so unprofessionally done and she cut them too short. They looked bulky and so so bad… I called the next day and asked them if they could fix it. I went in at noon the next day, and the manager basically told me that they were cut too short and the look I was going for wouldn’t be possible. Mind you… her employee cut them too short for me! She proceeded to tell me she would charge me $65 for a new set basically, or try to shape them but shaping them means we would have to go shorter? I told her to just have them removed since they’re unwilling to fix them with no cost and I have my engagement party in a few weeks. When I sat down to remove them the nail tech basically took off the nail on my pinky with the tools she was using… I posted pics of the aftermath. This was  the worst experience of my life. The worst nail salon. Save your money and go elsewhere. They didn’t fix my nails & ended up cutting my pinky... AND I TOLD THEM SEVERAL TIMES ITS MY ENGAGEMENT PARTY. A Girls worst nightmare.

I came in for a gel polish and pedicure. My pedicure girl was fantastic! She was very polite, professional and friendly. The colour and shape were perfect. She did an amazing job!  Unfortunately, I didn’t have the same experience with Bella the girl who did my fingernails. The overall shape was not bad, but some of the nails were shorter and some of the tips were slanted/uneven so I had to ask her to please file a few of them straighter.  During the service, I mentioned to her twice that the nails were starting to look too thick. I get my nails done at least once a month and these were overly bulky compared to previous nails I’ve had. The manager happened to come by and she was very professional and super polite. She inspected my nails and asked Bella to remove and fix them as they were too bulky. It was clear that Bella was extremely annoyed that the manager asked her to do this and although she fixed them her attitude wasn’t professional at all. She complained to her coworkers the rest of the service and you could tell by her tone and body language she was either trash talking the manager or me while fixing my nails. She made me feel very uncomfortable. I would have written an entirely positive review about both techs if she wouldn’t have behaved in such an unprofessional manner.  I appreciate the manager asking her to fix them, therefore I will likely give the salon another chance, but I will definitely ask to see different tech.Services:&nbsp;Gel manicures

My favourite nail salon ever!! The staff are so kind and the service is unreal for the low price. I have been going here for about a year; they are so reliable. I always get a shellac application and they last me around a month, rarely ever chipping. If you’re in need of a simple colour or more complex designs uptown really does it all :

End of August 2022. My third or fourth visit.  Another Absolutely fabulous experience. Thank you Jenny. Knowledgeable, savvy, caring and very efficient. Will not go anywhere else from now on. I can’t remember when I had a mani-pedi last so this was an experience. They are busy but also very attentive and I was out on time. An exceptional experience. Service:&nbsp;Manicure

I Was disappointed in the service provided .  The powder dip was very messy. The black would not wash off my skin and the tech said after 5 washes it should come off . Had I known before the service started I wouldn’t have picked that colour. They could have taken the time to remove the dip off my skin.Service:&nbsp;Dip powder

UPDATED - Vanessa the owner called me and rectified the bad experience by offering me a complimentary new set of nails. I got them done by Sue again and was beyond satisfied. She did an exceptional job and my nails turned out better than what I could’ve ever expected. I would like to apologize to the whole team for judging them from one bad experience and thank them for having me come back and giving them a second chance, because I fell in love with their work again. I don’t think anyone should be judged based on one bad experience.  Original - I went here once before and everything was great.The last nail tech I got, Sue listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. But this time I went and Vy did my nails. The first picture is what I showed her and the second picture is what she did... do they look at all similar? Umm NO! I know they ask if you’re happy with it at almost every step but she didn’t. And kept going and when I had a chance to actually examine what she has done it was too late and my appointment was finished. I am not a confrontational person and feel anxious when telling someone I don’t like their work. That’s why I appreciate them asking me before proceeding so I won’t have to live with something I don’t like for 2-3 weeks.
