Uptown Burger & Grill

Our family visited Uptown Burger tonight for the first time. When we walked in, no one greeted us; we had to ask an employee if you order from the computer by yourself yes, you do. Ordered 1 Uptown Burger, 1 plain cheeseburger, 1 Cobb salad, 2 kids cheeseburgers, 2 orders of fries doesn't come with the burgers and 2 sodas. Total was over $70. The Uptown Burger was delicious, similar to the Samburger at Zin Burger. The kids meals were appropriately sized. My 13-year old son prefers a plain large cheeseburger, but there are no options for a build-your-own burger on the menu, so we ended up paying the same price for a plain burger $12 that we did for the fancy burger, plus we had to add on fries and a drink. In hindsight, we should have just ordered him 2 kids meals because he would've gotten more food for less money. Finally, the Cobb dinner salad $13 was literally 1/4 of a head of lettuce. Even Fleming's next door would've called that a side salad and charged less. Highly unimpressive. Overall, the food was mostly good but I'm not sure we'd return. There are better places out there.

This is our family go-to for quick easy dinners when I don’t feel like cooking. The food is tasty and fries are addicting. I’m picky about my ranch dressing and I love the ranch dipping sauce here. My kids love the chicken tenders and cheeseburgers. I love the grape Gorgonzola salad there as a quick healthy option. Wish there were more veggies available for sides so my kids can get a more balanced meal but everything here is delicious!

I was expecting a sit down restaurant with servers but its a self order and get your own drink place. Which is actually what I prefer. They will bring your food to the table when it’s ready. The burgers here are pretty amazing. The fries can’t get any better! Their signature sauce is a mustard base which some may not prefer but I thought it was really good and not an overpowering mustard taste. My only complaint is that the burgers are so juicy and fall apart towards the end so you’ll need to grab a fork and knife to finish it but this may be a win for some burger lovers. I will definitely come back here again for more!

Tried Uptown for the first time. Our burgers were very good and the sweet potato fries were awesome. The service was great. The young lady helped us make our selections on the computer screen.Food: 5/5

Decided to give Uptown a try and was not disappointed. Atmosphere is great, especially the outside area. Tessa was amazing at explaining the process and making recommendations. The burgers were delicious and very filling. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to going back and trying different burgers.Food: 5/5

I was visiting from New Orleans and when my wonderful boss offered to take me here I was like, YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I even chose it over Mexican food which is all I think about every day in New Orleans, haha? I had the French dip burger, and let me tell you…it was so good that even when I got back to my sister’s house hours later and microwaved the leftover half I made her try it and she loved it, too! Now THAT’S the test of a quality burger!! Also, and this is important: great fries, too! Yummmmmm! UPDATE: My sister liked it so much, she went back the next day to get her own!

Great experience at this new restaurant, I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, sweet potato fries, and prickly pear kombucha and everything was fantastic! The staff are friendly and welcoming and the food came out very fast! Looking forward to trying a burger next time!Food: 5/5

Well that was an amazing surprise. Takes a lot to impress with a burger, but damn. Great burger, cooked perfectly medium rare with a nice crust. Not often you get fries so good you don’t want to dip in ketchup or ranch but these were super crispy and a unique flavor. Ordering was smooth from a digital display and was brought out promptly and hot. This is the other side of town from me but if I’m in the area I’m stopping.

We went for our first time last night and didn't really know what to expect except the Scordato name. The burgers were delicious, juicy, flavorful, cooked perfectly and good size. We ordered both regular and sweet potato fries and they were both delicious and good size portions. The menu isn't huge but we tried The Sonoran and The French Dip and they were both outstanding. Service was good, you order at the counter and food is brought to your table. We will be back! The patio will be great when the weather is a bit cooler with excellent views.

The French Dip Burger is perhaps the best burger I've ever had. For burgers this is now my new favorite place. Thunder bacon burger now can battle for second with Amigos on S. Nogales Hwy. All really good in their own waysFood: 5/5
