I've been coming here for several years now as a guest due to my sibling being a member there. I only go golfing once annually on my birthdays, and prior to this, I've chosen countless other courses as my birthday destination, and have pretty much stopped looking elsewhere - for many excellent reasons. The customer service here is outstanding. From the starter, the pro shop, the cart staff, the marshal, etc., I have not once had a bad customer service, even though I'm not a member. The course is breathtaking and the greens are pristine because it is consistently maintained. I've been there in near 40 C weather and the greens were still in excellent condition. Out of the 50+ different public and private courses I've played at in Ontario, Upper Unionville is still unmatched. If you ever have a chance to play here, take it....you won't regret the experience. To the management team: thank you for always making me feel special and I can tell you take pride in making your course second to none. I also hope you always continue to allow members to invite their guests - even if they aren't physically present.
Well maintained fairways and fast green. Staffs are very nice. Please go there when dry day. The day after the rain, the water doesn't drain well on the fairway.
Beautiful course and well maintained. Was here for a golf tournament but also realized it was once The Mandarin Golf Club which used to be a private course I’ve been to a wedding here in the past and the service and food was great.nThis time as the new Upper Unionville Club it’s now open to the public. Carts drive well and facilities inside are clean and well maintained. Food options are not bad, I only wished they had better coffee or cafe as I don’t drink much and there was a lot of alcohol options. Overall a great experience here and enjoyed the breathtaking views of the course.

Had the opportunity to finally golf here. Considering the August we had, the fairways and greens were in immaculate shape. Parts of the fairway were like walking on velvet. They take really good care of the course here. $90 taxes in with a cart. Played off the Blues, course is about 6100 yards. Some nice Par 3's. You start and end with bookend Par 5's. Managed to Par the 18th, rest of the day was pretty forgettable.nGreens were in great shape, except where the pin placements were located. Quite obvious people are not repairing their ball marks. Some greens looked liked they had been trampled on close to the hole, but the rest of the green was in fantastic shape.nNo food/drink cart, probably because it was a late tee off. My cart ran out of juice on the 18th and they ran a new one out to me right away. Pro Shop was on it.nHad the slowest 4some group I've ever seen in my entire life play ahead of us. They spent more time standing around looking at each other than actually golfing. It rained golf balls on them at the end when I just stepped up and hit it. Play with pace people, especially towards the end of the round now that the Sun goes down earlier. They picked up their pace after that.nWeather was spot on, 21C and sunny. Great attention from the Pro Shop. Kudos to them. Thanks for the day. See you in the Fall.
