This gym had an incident and was closed down for 17 days they had the audacity to charge the full fee for the time they were closed. When contacted them via email for the refund I was told “Other locations were available to you, unfortunately, we will not be refunding any dues from May 1-17,2023 due to the fire- Jimmy La”. The other locations are not what I signed up for and they are not convenient for me. The gym itself is great however the customer service is like going to a $ 19.99-a-month gym. Their membership is not cheap but their people act as if you owe them and have no class. It’s a total money grab for these people. If there was a zero they deserve it!
Great indoor sport place.nMultiple tennis courts air conditioned and temperature controlled, swimming for all year use and fully equipped modern gym.nReasonable price for non members too.nAmazing staff. Good choice for Kids programs.
We registered for a ten days trial and then we canceled since you have to pay extra for every single thing in the club on top of $107 monthly fee. There are lockers and change rooms that you need to pay extra to use them and there is not much difference between them. For men's shower, there is no curtains and if you want more privacy, you need to pay extra for private showers!!! There is a program which matches you with other squash players, BUT you have to pay $20 extra monthly!!nIt is a very old building with no windows and it is always dark no matter what time of the day you go to the club.nIn total I feel that its a rip off to be a member of this club. Also it is very cheap to charge people who are already paying so much for small services you provide.
Tennis squash gymnastics you name it, sports friendly location enjoy and stay fit
I’m a member of this club and I can barely book a court now. There is no special preference for junior tennis players. This is ridiculous
