Upper Middle Dental

I'm new to the area. After my visit there I came across these reviews. I also remember seeing it in the news. They are are very professional and attentive staff. I will return. I enjoyed my experience. Things happen. People need to move on. Honestly the front desk lady is so sweet. They are funny. It's time to move past this and give them the chance they deserve. I will recommend them.

I visited this office twice in the same week complaining of severe pain in tooth and gum. “Dr. Mike” told me it was a sinus infection, prescribed a low dose antibiotic, and sent me on my way. Within 3 days, the left side of my face was swollen and I could not eat, drink or sleep. I went to Emergency at the hospital, and am now on intravenous antibiotics for an abscess. I will not be returning.

Vick is a great guy and amazing dentist. He is very ethical and serve the public with open heart. I wont hesitate to refer anyone to him. Keep up to good work!

I used to love this place until hygienists started (possibly on their own volition) pushing for me to come in every 3 months for a check-up. "You have coverage, they'll PAY for it." CORRECTION, the (small) company I work for pays for all treatments, which ultimately comes out of the bottom line when it comes to any annual cost of living increases. So, in the end I DO pay for it, thank you very much. Stop harassing me every time I come in. Check for cavities, clean my teeth, END OF.
