Dental Health Group

I've been coming here for the last 5 years - mostly the Walkers line location. The Dentists are great, well qualified and they really take care of you. Over time though, I have seen their service deteriorate. As nice as everyone is, I have now dealt with three different dentists. In other words, not a lot of stability. It is obvious that business is good given that it is getting harder and harder to get an appointment. Usually, they take me in right away, but in my last visit - I waited half an hour after my scheduled time to be directed to one of their many rooms. I left upset, told them I was upset and it has now been three days and it doesn't seem they care to make things right. It was actually the dental assistant that suggested I "reschedule my appointment," when I shared that I had other appointments to make that day. She seemed quite overwhelmed with the overbooking of appointments, running from room to room. Didn't even say hello when she walked in. Not sure ill keep going.

Absolutely the best dentist experience ever. Coming from an old dentist, this place was state of the art. I'm glad I popped in that day just to check them out. Staff are super friendly, and made me feel like I had been going to them for a long time. I wish I had of found them a lot sooner. The dentist are very nice and pleasant . I no longer look at going to the dentist as an inconvenient chore. They are taking good care of me and always take the time to explain and answer your questions in terms you understand. Hygienist really knows her stuff, how to do a cleaning without pinching your lip between her hand and you teeth and is always ensuring your doing ok during a cleaning. I'm so glad I found these guys. If your unhappy with your current dentist, this is where you need to be, I promise!

I always have a great experience at Dental Health Group. Azmina is a joy to work with and Dr Belza makes it clear where things are at with my teeth. I highly recommend these two.

I come from far away, to Burlington, but I don't mind, they are the best in Canada. If you want The Best, you found it! Most important, Dental Health Group has the best people, always they do the best job, never overcharge, their advise is honest, any questions you ask them, they answer in plain English, no misunderstanding After spending a fortune using 'specialists' in Toronto, taking my money and doing a bad job, in one day I found Robin who answered 1 million questions and than I made a FREE appointment (can you believe it?) with Mr. Rodrick G. Toms who answer another 1 million questions all related with methods, materials etc. (believe me I was very well informed!), and I decided to give a try. My teeth and my gum were in very bad shape and I was hopeless. I decided to restore 5 teeth only, but after 1 week my trust in Mr. Toms made me to decide to restore all the upper teeth, after another week I said to him 'go ahead with all my teeth'. It was the best decision I ever made. After 6 years still I look like 'Hollywood Actor', no pain, no problems. Looking so good, my wife decided to do the same. My children and my friends became Dental Health Group's patients. I wish Mr. Toms together with Bruno, David and Robin to stay in business for the next 100 years, they are an asset to the society.

Our family moved to the Burlington area in 1996 and found the Dental Health Group shortly after. We have never been tempted to consider going anywhere else for our dental needs. My dental experiences previous to Dental Health Group were not very positive. Now, why would I consider leaving when my Hygienist sings to me while she works, the receptionists provide a warm welcome and goodbye, and my dentist shares family skiing stories in order to keep my focus off the abrasive objects used on my teeth!!
