Lots to do with a family and friends of all ages. Very knowledgeable staff and they dress the part too. A good day out. Make sure you have good walking shoes though. Food was a little pricey for what you got. Definitely worth a trip there.

Many staff embrace their reenactment roles and create a fun and educational experience for adult and child visitors. The food is often good quality but is usually more expensive than you would expect for serving size offered and type of food. $8 for a grilled cheese sandwich empties your wallet without filling your child's tummy.

I have visited the village every year since I was born. They always have new things happening. It's a beautiful place to spend the day, with the amazing Willard's Hotel in the village for lunch or lots of great picnic spaces. Easily one of my favourite places!

The pumpkin inferno festival was worth the drive from Toronto! This place is really nice and great for the whole family. Hundreds of pumpkins carved for the festival. many different art sculptures. I would like to visit here during the summer to see what it's like.
