Took a laptop in for repairs. Estimate was $250 so I said forget it and when I went in to get my laptop back, there was magically no record of it or my contact info! Since I didn't know the serial number of my laptop I never got it back! My guess is it got fixed and resold. Shady. Sketchy. I will NEVER go here again or suggest it to anyone!
