I have nothing but nice things to say about this store In particular. Every time I have had a question or needed more info it's always been handled and handled well. Today my bf took my phone in cause my screen protector was all cracked oh and he took in a new one I purchased online for cheap, not purchased from us cell . The clerk admitted they don't LIKE to put ones on they themselves dont sell but he reminded her that they always have for me which is true . Bless her heart she put it on and messed it up. the one I got online not from US cell now I didn't and wouldn't have ever expected her to go grab one of their OWN that they sell and put it on my phone and to top it off not charge me , however she did. Which BTW was so sweet and just unexpected but in the best way. The night before I went into the att store cause this store was closed and asked if they wouldn't mind putting it on I know I didn't buy it there however I always ruin ones I try to put on myself and I know of you mess it up you guys aren't accountable and I understand .... they wouldn't even touch my phone or look at it simply cause I didn't buy their 40$ one . It quickly reminded me why I chose this store us cellular to buy my phones from and pay for service. They really are amazing excellent customer service
Coleman Cellular helped me find a new plan and phones for my company at a lower price than I'd been paying previously. I highly recommend Coleman!
Staff is rude and impatient.
