Great place to host a party. There are several birthday "rooms" to accommodate the kids. Our grandson had his birthday party there and had a blast. I highly recommend this place.
Had a GREAT TIME at U Play Edmonton AB. Come down check it out and order yourself a Birthday package for your FAMILY and FRIENDS to come together and have FUN!! They have a GAMES ROOM, TRAMPOLINE SECTIONS, Even a DODGEBALL Section, HUGE PLAY AREA, FRIENDLY STAFF, and MOST of ALL THE KIDS WILL LOVE IT!! Can’t wait to bring the kids family and friends again!! Much LOVE Jeremy GEE!! This Is my SECOND REVIEW FOR THEM!! I’m Adding to it!! I WOULD LOVE TO SAY THANK YOU TO DIAMOND AND STAFF!! Making a SINGLE DAD HAPPY and KIDS!! I even brought my STEPDAUGHTER! PLEASE COME ON DOWN AND HAVE FUN!
A great place for kids to run off energy. They do serve food. I posted a pic of the menu. Section for all ages to play. Manager went above and beyond service. Has a adorable little girl that helps out.
Today was our first visit here. My little one really enjoyed the place. Trampoline is AMAZING.
My boys 2&5yo liked it. 1/3 of the arcade games were not in service at the time. Also the foam pit was not open. It was the main reason we went there, so that was a downer. But the trampolines and park area were fun for my son's. There is an area to order food and drinks and plenty of tables to sit down. It seems a few attractions were not maintained from when it opened foam block pit, trolley in the park area, basketball nets in kids area. Over the kids liked it. We will be coming back.
My kid loves coming here but as a parent there are definitely areas of improvement that need to be noted: 1. Monitoring of the toddler area to ensure older kids do not come in and potentially hurt a young child. As a parent I am responsible for my kid but clearly other parents do not monitor theirs and staff do not enforce this rule either. Makes for an unsafe toddler area. 2 This place is in DESPERATE need of a deep clean. Garbage, food and dust especially higher up on the sides was EVERYWHERE. It was disgusting. I immediately wiped down my kid once they were done. I get there needs to be some leniency when it comes to a child area but this facility is clearly not maintained to a proper standard. I will continue to bring my child here but the new management needs to uphold their facility to a higher standard.
This is one of the best places in Edmonton for Kids. My niece really had an amazing time here and she really enjoyed all the games. They have all the new and latest games available here, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Diamond is the person you need for all of your needs. The food was delicious, hygienic and value for money. I would definitely use them in future, highly recommended!!
It’s a good large facility and it’s nice they have so many choices of things to do for the kids. The concession is decent but, the facility needs to be cleaned up. Along the edges of play areas and whatnot could be a lot cleaner. Also the place smells like burnt cheese, and then so do you. But my toddler and I did have lots fun! That’s what counts!
Had a 4 year old birthday party here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Did not feel rush. Kids loved the play area and had a great over all experience!
Leaving 3 stars because they were SUPER fast to refund and listen to our concerns and we appreciated that! Unfortunately when we arrived they no longer have the foam pit and it was very crowded. Not enough seating for how many adults were there. They are clearly very popular though. Just may be too crowed on weekends for younger kids.
