We couldn't be happier with our new unit. It looks amazing and is exceptionally functional. The bed is really comfortable too! Chris was great to work with. He helped us transform a very small bedroom into an efficient home office that is easily converted into a welcoming guest room. In addition to showing us a variety of impressive options in the showroom, he came to our home and measured the space and then made further recommendations. From the beginning of the process to the point of installation, we have been very pleased. The furniture itself is of very high quality and we are confident that it will serve us well for many years. We have nothing but good things to say about the Resource product and their team.
I ordered the LGM bed from Resource Furniture with some additional shelving to create a seamless floor to ceiling finish. The bed and shelves are all excellent quality. Resource Furniture helped with the overall design and installation. Very reliable and professional team of designers and installers. I highly recommend to others.
Christopher and his team at Resource are amazing. We have been working with them for over a year now. They are patient, kind, attentive and helpful. Christopher has gone out of his way to help us get the right furniture for our space. He has been very accommodating, even going out of his way to correct an issue that we ran into when assembling our own Giro. Resource in Toronto works with a fantastic installation team headed by a super pro named Artur. We will definitely be back and we will continue to recommend to others.
Excellent supplier of creative solutions for furniture options where there is limited space. The sales staff were very helpful with design choices for a Murphy bed that fit our needs. The bed is beautiful, well built, and the installation was very efficient and professional.
We worked with Janine Eckhard at the Bedford Road location in Toronto to help us select a murphy bed. She listened to us, understood what was important and provided us with two or three products that suited our needs, one of which we selected. During the sales, ordering and installation phases of our purchase, Janine and Christopher Sinclair were very informative, courteous and genuine. The installation team was equally courteous and informative, offering us full instruction on the proper use and care of the product. Given the current situation with supply issues, it was a pleasure to work with the team at Resource Furniture, who delivered and installed their product on schedule. We would highly recommend their products and most importantly, the team who helped make our home a home.
We recently purchased a murphy bed from Resource. Melissa provided us with excellent assistance and service. I'm not going to lie, the bed was on the expensive side which made me a bit nervous - but the style and craftmanship are superb - and the installation guys were fast, clean and professional. We love our new murphy bed and look forward to doing business with Melissa/Resource in the future.
I recently purchased a Murphy bed from Resource Furniture and i couldn't be more pleased. I enjoyed working with Chris during my decision-making process. The quality of the product is exceptional! Every time I demonstrate it to friends/family, their jaws drop. In addition to the product quality and innovation, I was also really impressed with the implementation. We have an older home and the space was tight. The care the implementation team took in ensuring everything was installed perfectly was amazing. They really cared about making everything perfect. Chris at Resource Furniture was so helpful in deciding what to buy for our new condo. We are extremely happy with how terrific our Swing wall bed looks and how functional it is. The installation was quick and expertly done. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent service with Melissa and very happy with our new wall bed + sofa! While it is definitely at a higher price range than other wall beds available in Ontario and we have looked around a lot!!, it's quality, style so sleek!, and function are unmatched. It's an investment and you'll end up basically with an extra room in your home-- now we get to have a guest bed that blends right into the room; and when we don't need the bed, we have a yoga studio/lounge area with a comfy & nice looking couch. Love it!
