Absolutely amazing, informative, and kind staff. Every person there is fantastic and was fantastic. If I didn't live 100 miles away if go here for all of my health related problems.

Although I do love my children's ped, Dr. Rao, and I did have extremely good delivery experiences, my billing experience has been horrible. I've been on a billing payment plan for almost 2 years sense my son was born and all of a sudden they just sent me a letter saying if I didn't pay the balance due ASAP then they were sending it to collections! I've made their payment requested every single month within the month that I recieved the bill, minus the month of April from being out of town so the bill didn't get sent out until the very last day and they received it a few days into the next month, but also received the May payment 2 weeks later so all was caught up by the end of May. And on June 1st I received a letter saying they were sending to collections. 1 month late and sent to collections doesn't make sense and the rep I talked to had no answers, because she saw no other issues in my account. Thank goodness I will never be having another child through their hospital because I do NOt trust their billing department at all! Check every statement people before you pay your bill, one time they tried to charge us for something my son never even had done!

Nurse Margaret Moscheck who works at the SICU is a psychopath.Be very careful not to anger her as she has a very fragile ego and don't fall for the meek old lady manners she is a killer.

I have had blood drawn here multiple times and every time they hit the vessel the first time. I also see one of the drs here and am very happy with her and her staff
