I can say with full confidence, this place has some of the worst management I've EVER encountered - like it's actually mind boggling. I genuinely think I could do a better job and I have no clue how this works. Insanely noisy for months with no end in sight, countless missing components in unit no closet doors, weird doors, etc. and absolutely no respect for the residents when they send out work timelines and schedules and don't adhere to them whatsoever. Oh and don't bother sending emails to management, they either won't reply or send generic responses. And they're building 7 condos after this one?! Good lord...

I have lived in this condo for 3 months and I am extremely disappointed. There is a definite lack of management. There are numerous things still incomplete and I wish the move-in date was not forced until things were more complete. It is quite apparent the staff and management do not converse as there is always a mix up of information. This is my fourth month here and I have been very patient. But I am beyond frustrated now. Please please please, reconsider purchasing here……at least for another year. Trust me you’ll be happier you did. Nelin

Worst Condo builders. Bought 2 plus den. Was forced to close with the building half complete. My unit has no closet, no shower door Celing cracks Laminate flooring installation problems . Entrance door installed poorly big gap lock insert only 1/8". I have complaint to Diego since December 2022 nothing was done no response. I'm sorry that I bought from them. Poor workmanship.

Do not buy here. I repeat DO NOT BUY HERE!!! All of these 4 & 5 star reviews are FAKE. Terrible quality, lengthy and costly delays, overcharged upgrades, builder standards not as advertised, unauthorized substitutions, nonexistent customer service. They are putting 7 condos on this site...the first one should scare you away. Also, they are still LYING about the building being finished "soon" .

Poor customer service … only dust and construction wastes everywhere, still burning on hot, and proper response on when gonna turn on AC.  Nothing is completed… put gym equipment just to show everyone and nothing is fixed and they are not gonna fix this for the next one year for sure

Only unkept promises and waste customer service, was promised to complete the amenities by 30th April, still nothing is finished and moreover dust everywhere

Waste service, Sandy the property manager is very unprofessional.. Dust is everywhere, they not even clean the premises and very rude response,

I’m excited for these condos! Hopefully all 7 are completed before 2028. Very exciting!

Still alot of construction going on, but the building looks sharp.

Hope y'all bought in phase 1.  Phase 3 is too $$$$
