If you are considering buying or selling Michelle is definitely someone you should contact to get some very useful no-pressure market insights and guidance! I had such a smooth successful experience when Michelle helped me buy my house 10 years ago that it was no-brainer for me to draw on her knowledge and expertise again when selling it in the crazy 2017 market! Michelle is extremely professional, is lightning-speed responsive, and truly knows the markets. Michelle is very open and down to earth in providing helpful understandable explanations and incredibly useful advice for your particular situation. It greatly reduces the stress and second-guessing when you know Michelle's got your back, has your best interests at heart, and is one tough negotiator working hard to get you the best price! Michelle made our first house hunting experience, easy, stress free and most importantly fun. She was so fast and so dependable. Never pushed an opinion, but simply gave her professional advice. I had no idea what came with buying a house and she made sure I was educated and understood everything every step of the way. I am so happy with this whole experience.
